Was established in 1994 by Marlon Cole.

Based in Bossier City, LA, Cole’s Pest Control has served our loyal customers for over 30 years.

Cole’s Pest Control began with a unique inspiration. Marlon often quips that he started the business to “support his preaching habit.” As an Evangelist in the Church of Christ, he established the company with a strong foundation of faith and family values. Over the years, Marlon has taken immense pride in seeing his family remain active both in the Church and in the family business.


Melissa is the second-generation owner of Cole’s Pest Control. Cole’s was founded in 1994 by her father, Marlon Cole in Sherman, TX. After deciding to ease into retirement Marlon handed the reins over to Melissa. She had a vision of taking Cole’s Pest Control to the next level while keeping the Godly principles that guided the company for decades.


Since taking over, Melissa has ensured every customer is treated with respect and honesty just as her father did. In doing so she grew it into one of the largest pest control providers in all of Grayson County, TX. In 2023 she met her husband, Daniel, a lifelong resident of Bossier Parish. After a 20+ year career in banking Daniel decided to join the family business, bringing his hard work, customer service experience and knowledge of North Louisiana to the business. After the prayerful decision to make their home in Bossier, Melissa and Daniel are excited to serve their community with integrity and provide top notch pest control service to the area.

Today, Marlon serves as an Elder with the Valley Church of Christ and still occasionally works as a technician, demonstrating his hands-on commitment to the family business.

His daughter Melissa has stepped up to lead Cole’s Pest Control, continuing to uphold the traditions and values that Marlon established from the outset.
