Cole’s Pest Control was founded in 1994 by Marlon Cole, who often jokes that he started the business to “support his preaching habit.” While serving as an Evangelist in the Church of Christ, Marlon established the company with a commitment to his faith and family. Today, he is proud that his family remains active in both the Church and the pest control & termite business.

Marlon now serves as an Elder with the Valley Church of Christ, and his daughter Melissa has taken over the reins of the family business. At Cole’s Pest Control, we continue to uphold the traditions and values that Marlon instilled from the very beginning.

Since taking over, Melissa has ensured every customer is treated with respect and honesty just as her father did. In doing so she grew it into one of the largest pest control providers in all of Grayson County, TX. In 2023 she met her husband, Daniel, a lifelong resident of Bossier Parish. After a 20+ year career in banking Daniel decided to join the family business, bringing his hard work, customer service experience and knowledge of North Louisiana to the business. After the prayerful decision to make their home in Bossier, Melissa and Daniel are excited to serve their community with integrity and provide top notch pest control service to the area.
